Neuropsychologist with the American Board of Professional Neuropsychology and a Certified School Psychologist in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. I evaluate adults, adolescents, and children who have suffered from traumatic brain injuries, strokes, toxic exposure, medical and metabolic conditions that impact on brain functioning (e.g., chemotherapy), and learning disabilities/developmental disabilities. I have 20 years of public school experience as a School Psychologist on a Child Study Team and I can review school reports and recommendations and offer second opinions. I can help students access appropriate accomodations on the K-12 through graduate school levels. My reports can be accepted by any Child Study Team in either NJ or PA.

I perform Psychoeducational Evaluations when appropriate, but I must add that these are not covered by your medical insurance. Insurance companies consider educational diagnostic issues to be the responsibility of public schools and/or parents. My office can discuss the insurance implications and frequent confusion related to such situations. When medical/brain function issues arise, these are typically covered by your medical insurance either through the medical or mental health benefit, depending on your plan.

In all cases, you and your family will be provided a detailed report of my findings and recommendations, as well as an in person session in which the findings and recommendations are personally discussed with you. With your written permission, the report and findings can be shared and discussed with other professionals of your choosing as needed.
